Children: We welcome children as clients, but for the safety of the little ones as well as everyone else we cannot accommodate them as guests. Please keep this in mind when booking your appointments.


Late Policy: Clients who are running 10-15 minutes late should call the stylist or salon directly. After this window of time, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.


Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, Please call with at least a 24 hour notice.

Satisfaction: We can’t fix what we might not know is broken, it is our job to provide amazing hair and makeup services. Please feel comfortable enough to let your stylist know if anything may need to be changed.
