Children

SalonDLM loves and appreciates all of our patrons and their families.  We welcome your children as clients, but for the safety of the little ones as well as everyone else we cannot accommodate them as guests. Please keep this in mind when booking your appointments. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

 

Late Policy
If you are going to be less than 15 minutes late, please call the salon or your stylist to let them know  We reserve the right to reschedule anyone who is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment.  You will need to call the salon or your stylist to pick a new time and date.

 

Cancellation:
Appointments are always preferred, but walk-ins are welcomed.
If you need to cancel your appointment, Please call with at least a 24 hour notice.
Consultations are complimentary, but do require an appointment.  Please call the salon to make that appointment with your stylist.

Service Refunds
We want to make you happy, but we do not refund for services given.  We will be sure to provide you with resources to meet your expectations.

Product Refunds
If you are unhappy with your selection of hair products , you have a 14 days to return your products for salon credit.

Hair Extension
For any extension service, a consultation is mandatory before any service will be done, also, a credit card charge will be placed when appointment is booked for the cost of the hair extension, which does not include the service to apply them.
