SALON POLICIES

Our Service Guarantee
 

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Salon DLM. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We will do all we can to make it right. 

 

Refunds

 

All services are non-refundable! However, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge, if we determine it is needed. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Right to Refuse Service

​Salon DLM reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.

Return Policy

 

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase date. No cash value is given however an in Salon credit will be issued.

Services & Pricing

 

At Salon DLM, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service at reasonable prices. However, please note that our services and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Factors such as hair length, thickness, and service complexity may affect pricing, and additional charges may apply for extra services or products used during your appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the reservation.
​ This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service.
Appointments that are cancelled or amended less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of service/services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation.

 

Missed Appointments & No Show

 

In order to respect the time of our Artists', if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee. No show reservations will be charged 100% of the total amount due for services, and you can possibly be serviced in the future on a walk-in only basis.

Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
 

Late

Please be courteous to your Artist and the studio's other guests.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for 100% of the cost of services that you were scheduled for.

Children

We love your babies, however due to safety hazards and lack of extra seating, children are only welcome when they are receiving a service.
 


Methods of payment

Salon DLM accepts all major credit cards, Zelle and Cash.
 

Reservations

We highly encourage you to request a reservation through our online booking site, so that you can view availability of your preferred artist. You can also call the salon at 951-477-4151.

Scheduling

 

To ensure proper scheduling, we kindly request that you book your appointment online or contact the salon directly. Please note that we do not accept appointment requests via email. Additionally, a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.

 

Online Scheduling

 

Your reservation request will be scheduled based on Artist availability.

Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Salon DLM.
A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.

 

Head Lice

 

It is against Salon DLM Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

 

Gift Certificate Policy

  • Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

  • Please call Salon DLM concerning lost gift certificates.

  • All gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

  • Gift certificates are valid at Salon DLM only for all products and services available.

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment or inquiry.
